It appears each generation will become more and more dependent on AI to learn or function and critical thinking may be diminished. At some point humans may require internet connectivity to function and will only know what AI permits them to know. At what point will the people, governments or military organizations destroy the thinking machines AI. Using Thinking Machines in reference to Dune as that may be the path we are on in addition to Idiocracy.
