    Causing downstream outages, e.g. https://status.modal.com/

    > We have experienced an increase in temperatures within a single data center, which in some cases has caused impairments for instances in the Availability Zone.

Outage on Modal because of this. Not good.

Of course, it's us-east-1. Again! And again! And again! All these years - it's always us-east-1, us-east-1, and us-east-1. Just close it down!

I think this is also starting to cause issues at Heroku too

For me, a long running and historically stable ECS service suddenly stopped.

Ordinarily this would result in failed health checks and auto service restart, but in this case, the service simply died without logs or alerts.

My RDS postgres instance in us-east-1c suddenly stopped and is unreachable for ~7h now, anyone else experiencing outage in RDS?
