DHS issued a "(U//LES) BOLO - Online Immigration Impersonation" for him but it's not for arrest. It appears to be a screw-up after an issuance of an internal memo for awareness. The problem is, his parody DHS informant site maybe partially dead after making the news. On the plus side, it gives him more eyeballs to advertise upcoming shows.
This might not age well. Ben P. is the closest we get to Nathan Fielder or Sascha Baron Cohen today, he's really resonating with people by just playing his character and showing people's biases.
